I love this place because it has so much history, it’s just romantic and they have the best classic spaghetti with marinara sauce. It’s simple it’s delicious and it’s affordable. It’s actually like the only affordable place around where I work.
It was really magical that we came across this street parade while in a car on our way to my childhood pizzeria. I love that specific part of Williamsburg cause it is so full of childhood happiness and magic. I had such a perfect childhood, that the things that were everyday gleams of happiness when I was little still being me joy now. This street fair is one of them. The Catholic Church in my neighborhood puts it on every year to honor a saint. Nick and I went and spent a lot of money. We are big pina colada people and they had them there. We bought one and sipped it and it tasted totally unalcoholic so we asked the vendor if was sure he put alcohol in it and he said just stir it (there was no alcohol in it lol). Then we went to another more celebratory stand and bought another pina colada that was supposed to have alcohol in it (it did not) 🤦🏼♀️.
I made friends with an alpaca today. At first I thought she was a lama but nick put me in my place. I love going to the zoo with him cause he knows tons of information and fun facts and can name most zoo animals which is pretty amazing to witness and wonder how he has acquired all this info.
